Runs November, 2023 through February, 2024 Exhibit Opening Saturday, November 4 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm In partnership with the Canadian Industrial Heritage Centre, this exhibition showcases the harvest traditions of the International Plowing Match including Norfolk County’s very own connection through the 1941 edition.
Gala Launch Sunday, November 12 – 2:00pm to 4:00pm Presented by the Norfolk Remembers Committee (NRC), this official unveiling of the two Second World War memorial quilts created by the Twilight Quilters’ Guild will take place on Sunday, November 12 – 2:00pm to 4:00pm. As part of a the NRC’s memorial quilt series, these works of art highlight the important contributions of Norfolk County women in support of the war effort along with a traditional “V” for Victory quilt featuring the individual signatures of Norfolk’s 159 heroes killed in WWII. Both quilts, along with the First World War memorial quilts, will be exhibited at WHAM for a limited time. Check social media for updates.
