At the Waterford and Heritage Agricultural Museum

Something isn't right here. That book is out of place. There is a card in the display case, but no item behind it. There are antiques in the incorrect place; and artefacts that are standing wrong side up. Clearly, the Waterford Heritage and Agricultural Museum needs your help. As curators of other nearby museums, you are called to the WHAM after hours in order to help figure out what is causing these disturbances.

Once inside, you are greeted by one of the exhibits who has come to life. They are happy to show you around and share tales about the other exhibits. As you hear stories from their lives, it becomes clear that one of them is the culprit behind these disturbances. The question is, which one? Succeed and you will find yourself promoted. Fail, and you may find yourself trapped behind glass forever.

The Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum is excited to host, Live History, a Governor General’s Award nominated theatre company that specializes in bringing local history to life. Immerse yourself in this theatrical experience and try to uncover just who is messing around with WHAM’s exhibits!

The Waterford Heritage and Agricultural Museum is thrilled to announce the premiere of its first ever Norfolk County Agricultural Hall of Fame documentary highlighting the 2020 inductees: Annie Zaluski, Robert Laning and Jim and Mary Field.

Established in 2014, the Norfolk County Agricultural Hall of Fame inductions are based on the achievements, results, benefits, and innovations accrued to agriculture and rural development on a local and/or broader basis as a result of the nominee’s volunteer and paid activities.

While the on-going Pandemic may have deterred us from celebrating the 2020 inductions in-person, the wonders of technology and our online communities with the expertise of Rainy Media allowed us to come together and create this meaningful documentary.
