In celebration of National Volunteer Month, Norfolk County Heritage & Culture cordially invites you to our third annual Volunteer Drive on Saturday, April 25, 2020.  This will be a fun, interactive and FREE bus tour through the county, with stops at each of the museums in Waterford, Delhi, and Port Dover, as well as the Norfolk County Archives & Eva Brook Donly Museum and the Norfolk Arts Centre in Simcoe.

Volunteers are an essential and valuable resource to our organization. We have a wide range of opportunities available, everything from gardening to exhibit construction to working with our collections.  We want to match your needs and interests to ours and ensure that your volunteer experience is rewarding!

Stops at our sites will allow you to experience firsthand the work we do in our communities.  If you are interested in learning more about us or becoming a member of our volunteer team then jump on board our Volunteer Drive.

This event is FREE, but pre-registration is required to secure a spot on the bus. To register, please visit: [Eventbrite link coming soon!]

This month we’re trying something a little different at the museum!

As part of our "May is Museum Month" activities, WHAM and the Norfolk County Public Library have partnered together to bring you a spectacular museum-themed Storytime Program for pre-school aged kids (children over 2 and their caregivers). There will be stories, crafts, and maybe even a scavenger hunt!

We encourage kids and caregivers to spend time viewing the exhibits in the museum after the program.

This is a free program.
